How do I place an order online?

First, you will need to register online and create a free account. You will then need to log in with your email address and password before completing your order

What are the methods for ordering on your website?

If you already have your print-ready files, you may upload your files or send your files via email (info@graceboyz.com) and choose to receive a proof. If you have not yet designed your files, you may choose one of our designs, upload your image(s) and we’ll take it from there.

How do I report an issue with my order?

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to “My Orders”.
3. Click on the order number.
4. Click on “Create a New Issue”.
5. Select the issue type
6. Once you see the message box, type in the issue(s) with your product and upload the necessary photos to better describe the issue. After you have explained the issue(s), click on “Submit”.

This creates an immediate order issue within the department that oversees problems with orders. They will contact you within 1-2 business days of receipt of your message. Please allow them this given time to review the files, pull the batch and check to see what happened with your order. They will then contact you via email and work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible

Where can I find special offers or discount coupons?

We notify our customers of exclusive discount codes via email, subscribing to our newsletter or via social media. Be sure to log in to your account and select the option “Receive Promotions” to ensure you receive our promotional emails.

How do I know if you have received my order?

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an email with the order and payment confirmation. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipment confirmation email.
